Brandon believes organizations are far too important to be mediocre. As Vice President and Lead Guide at Paterson Group, he helps executive teams achieve breakthrough, clarity, and alignment so their organizations can function at their absolute best.

Brandon brings more than 20 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership. He has launched and grown new ventures, facilitated hundreds of strategic conversations with leadership teams, guided leadership development for dozens of C-suite executives, and delivered more than 200 keynotes. He holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Brandon lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Kelly, their two amazing daughters, and two horrible dogs.
