CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Guided by a passion for solving difficult problems and building durable systems, Jenn McEwen serves as Chief Operating Officer at Paterson. In her role, she is responsible for building the operational backbone of the company—designing systems, processes, and rhythms that allow the team to thrive and clients to experience excellence.  

With a background spanning business operations leadership, organizational development, and nonprofit innovation, Jenn has spent her career helping teams navigate complexity and scale with integrity. Before joining Paterson, Jenn held senior leadership roles where she guided organizations through seasons of significant growth and change by developing structures for efficient operations and data-driven decision making.

Throughout her career, Jenn has been known for blending strategic insight with emotional intelligence, designing operational systems that don’t just increase efficiency, but also cultivate wholeness, belonging, and meaningful change.

She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and two daughters, and outside of work enjoys travel and great food.
