Stephanie is focused on helping clients turn vision into meaningful progress. She works across client engagement, strategy, and brand, bringing clarity and connection to the ideas, systems, and experiences that move our work forward. She also serves as Paterson’s internal StratOp Champion, helping the team stay aligned, focused, and progressing toward what matters most.

Stephanie lives with her husband, Ashton, and two children in Livermore, CO.
